Policy

To cancel a confirmed booking, please reach out to us at contact@ReLuxeWellness.com or call 702-309-3933. We kindly request 2-hour notice for cancellations to help us reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the service fee cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge.

Parking Fee Policy
Clients are responsible for covering parking expenses. Some hotels may not offer free parking, especially during local events. To avoid unexpected fees, please check your hotel’s parking policies before booking.

Late Night Fee
Appointments scheduled after 8:00 pm will incur an additional $20 fee for a 60-minute session and $25 for sessions longer than 90 minutes.

Gratuities : Gratuities are not included in our service prices. If you wish to show your appreciation, you may give a tip directly to your therapist

Our licensed therapists adhere to the standards of the American Massage Therapy Association, using techniques to improve client well-being. They do not diagnose or prescribe medical conditions and do not operate under a doctor’s supervision for specific issues.

Informed Consent : Before your massage session, we will review the treatment plan with you. During your first appointment, you’ll need to sign a consent form acknowledging that you understand and agree to our massage therapy policies. Clients returning after a year must also complete this form.

Inappropriate Conduct
Any inappropriate behavior or conversation with our Licensed Massage Therapists will result in immediate termination of the session. You will be charged for the full session.

Health and Safety
At ReLuxe Wellness, we prioritize safety and cleanliness. Our therapists adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including regular hand washing and sanitizing equipment.
