Space Requirements :Ensure there’s enough room (approximately 6-7 feet in length and 4 feet in width) for the massage table and for the therapist to move around comfortably.
Before Your Session : Once the therapist sets up, they’ll give you privacy to disrobe to your comfort level and lie on the table under a sheet or towel. Professional draping techniques are always used to ensure your comfort and privacy.
It’s entirely up to you whether you choose to undress fully or partially. Some clients prefer to wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to targeted areas, while others opt for full disrobing. Your massage therapist will ensure your privacy and comfort by using professional draping techniques with towels or linens throughout the session.
