Planning Your Chair Massage Event
Choosing the Right Session Length for Your Group
When organizing a chair massage event, selecting the right session length is key to accommodating your participants and ensuring a smooth experience. Choose from 15-minute, 20-minute, or 30-minute sessions, depending on your event’s duration and the number of attendees.
Here’s what to expect from each session length:

15 minutes (10 mins hands-on): Up to 4 people per hour
20 minutes (15 mins hands-on): Up to 3 people per hour
30 minutes (25 mins hands-on): Up to 2 people per hour

Please Note: A minimum booking of 2 hours is required to ensure a seamless experience and allow everyone to enjoy a relaxing massage.

Duration	Rate (per therapist)
2 hour event	$130.00 per hour
3–5 hour event	$120.00 per hour
6–7 hour event	$110.00 per hour
8+ hour event	$100.00 per hour

Pricing & Discounts

Discounted rates are available for events with multiple therapists lasting 3+ hours.
Parking fees will be applied if free or validated parking is not available.
All appointments include relaxation music, access to an online scheduler, and room
aromatherapy.
Rates may vary slightly based on location and event duration.

Special Discounts

Monthly/weekly appointments, multi-day events, and events requiring 8+ therapists
qualify for special pricing.
Non-profits and teacher appreciation events (3+ hours) receive a 5% discount.
