To cancel a confirmed booking, please reach out to us at 702-309-3933 or 818-746-8276. A minimum notice of 2 hours is required for cancellations to allow for rescheduling. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the deposit. A deposit of 30% of the total service price is necessary at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy
Parking Fee Policy
Clients are responsible for covering parking expenses. Some hotels may not offer free parking, especially during local events. To avoid unexpected fees, please check your hotel’s parking policies before booking.
Late Night Fee
Appointments scheduled after 8:00 pm will incur an additional $25 fee for any session.
Gratuities : Gratuities are not included in our service prices. If you wish to show your appreciation, you may give a tip directly to your therapist
Our licensed therapists adhere to the standards of the American Massage Therapy Association, using techniques to improve client well-being. They do not diagnose or prescribe medical conditions and do not operate under a doctor’s supervision for specific issues.
Informed Consent : Before your massage session, we will review the treatment plan with you. During your first appointment, you’ll need to sign a consent form acknowledging that you understand and agree to our massage therapy policies. Clients returning after a year must also complete this form.
Inappropriate Conduct
Any inappropriate behavior or conversation with our Licensed Massage Therapists will result in immediate termination of the session. You will be charged for the full session.
